Research Overview
This is ongoing work as we currently are manufacturing our systems and performing sensor integration to then develop novel control strategies for human subject experiments. Our research is incorporating additive manufacturing techniques to develop lightweight, low-cost prostheses for the amputee population. Furthermore, Dr. Ken Fong Translational Research Grant allowed us to develop an in-home rehabilitation therapy exoskeleton for stroke. Below are snapshots of our systems we've designed.
